Cleaning Service Policies
We Promise: A professionally trained house cleaning Staff Staff that has had a thorough background check, is licensed and insured No smoking in your home or on your property To supply all of the equipment and supplies to clean your home without harming the environment or your health by using green cleaning products.
However: Due to the increased liability associated with such things we cannot be responsible for the care of your pets, plants, children or other such irreplacable items.
Our Guarantee: We value your business and we guarantee that you will be happy with our work or we will return the same or next day to make it right. Simply contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to see that you are satisfied with the service.
Holiday Cleaning: If your house cleaning service falls on a holiday we will reschedule your cleaning to either before or after the holiday based on availability. If you have a specific day in mind, call us early to ensure the best opportunity to get the day you want. Please keep in mind that holidays are difficult to work around but we will do the best we can to accomodate your needs.
Lock Outs, Cancellations and Reschedules: If you find it necessary to be away from your home on your scheduled appointment day, provide us with a key. If we arrive at your home and we are unable to gain access, it will be necessary for us to charge a Lock Out Fee of 1/2 your normal cleaning fee. This fee allows us to pay your cleaning staff for the time they have spent traveling to your home and waiting for someone to arrive. If you need to cancel on a particular day, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee in order to reserve your appointment slot. We allow 1 cancellation per year before charging a cancellation fee. We do not charge a fee for rescheduling your appointment for another day during the same week.
